Pork Details:

  • Hanging Weight Estimate: 225-275 lbs

  • Final Price Estimate: $965–$1180 (before processing fees)

  • Take-Home Yield: ~85% of hanging weight

Processing Information:

  • Cut & Wrap Fee: $1.15/lb (paid at pickup)

    • Add $2/lb for custom smoking and curing

    • Add $1/lb for link sausage (Fees subject to change by processor)

  • Kill Fee: $47.50 per half (collected by Matt's Custom Meats)

  • Pickup Timeframe: 3-4 weeks after processing (you will be notified when your order is ready)
