What’s Included (approximate):
Steaks: 3–4 (Ribeye, Sirloin, T-Bone)
Roasts: 1–2 (Chuck, Round)
Ground Beef: 10–12 packages (~1 lb each)
Specialty Cuts: 2–3 packages (stew meat, fajita strips, soup bones, or other small variety cuts)
These shares come with standard cuts only. Want something specific? Reach out — we’ll see what we can do!
Pickup Instructions:
For smaller beef shares, we meet at scheduled drop locations instead of the butcher. We’ll choose a central spot within an hour of Onalaska, WA, based on order locations, and notify you when your beef is ready.
Pickup Timing: Approximately 3 weeks after the butcher date
