What’s Included (approximate):
Steaks: 6-8 (Ribeye, Sirloin, T-Bone)
Roasts: 2–4 (Chuck, Rump)
Ground Beef: 20–25 packages (~1 lb each)
Specialty Cuts: 5–8 packages (short ribs, stew meat, fajita strips, soup bones, or other small variety cuts)
These shares come with standard cuts only. Want something specific? Reach out — we’ll see what we can do!
Pickup Instructions:
For smaller beef shares, we meet at scheduled drop locations instead of the butcher. We’ll choose a central spot within an hour of Onalaska, WA, based on where orders come from, and notify you with exact details when your beef is ready.
Pickup Timing: Approximately 3 weeks after the butcher date.
